1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing kfc4u.biz, creating an account, or using any service provided by kfc4u (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and kfc4u ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the kfc4u Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Participation in online gambling must not be prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence or access.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether imposed by yourself via kfc4u's responsible gaming tools or by any competent authority.
• Employees, directors, officers, and immediate family members of kfc4u and its affiliated service providers are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offer.

kfc4u reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to have been registered by ineligible persons will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one active account on the kfc4u Platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. kfc4u reserves the right to merge, close, or permanently ban duplicate accounts and to withhold any funds associated with those accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide truthful, current, and complete information at registration and to update your details promptly if they change. Providing false information — including but not limited to date of birth, name, contact details, or payment information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kfc4u login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. kfc4u will treat all activity originating from a correctly authenticated login session as authorised by the account holder. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to kfc4u's support team immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kfc4u supports the following MYR-denominated payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking. This list may be updated from time to time; refer to the Cashier section of your account for current options.

4.2 Own-Name Transactions

Deposits and withdrawal requests must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. kfc4u does not accept third-party deposits and will not process withdrawals to accounts held by persons other than the registered account holder. Any attempt to process third-party transactions may result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before processing any withdrawal, kfc4u may require satisfactory completion of identity verification ("KYC"), including submission of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of payment method ownership. kfc4u reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where a verification requirement remains outstanding or where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Promotional offers made available on the kfc4u Platform are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per eligible account unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal is permitted.
• kfc4u reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploitation of system errors — will result in cancellation of bonuses and potential permanent account closure.
• In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the kfc4u Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in contravention of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure, including servers, databases, and security systems.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform, place bets, or harvest data.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of cheating designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conceal proceeds of criminal activity.
• Impersonating any other person or entity in connection with use of the Platform.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the kfc4u Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of kfc4u or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of kfc4u.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kfc4u's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kfc4u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform — even if kfc4u has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kfc4u does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

9. Privacy

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data in connection with your kfc4u account is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Responsible Gaming

kfc4u is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts or automatic session termination after a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the exclusion period cannot be shortened once activated.
